Magnet of Saint Lucy Saint
Lucy, also known as Saint Lucia of Syracuse, was born around the year 280 in Italy. She was a very beautiful young woman and very devoted to Christ. Her Christian faith led to her being persecuted and tortured. The soldiers of the governor of Syracuse gouged out her eyes and gave them to her on a plate, but, miraculously, she grew two beautiful eyes, more perfect than the previous ones. Outraged by the miracle, the soldiers beheaded her. Saint Lucy is known as the Saint of vision.
