Sister Lucia's Magnet
Lucia dos Santos, born in Aljustrel, a town near Fátima, Portugal, on March 28, 1907, was one of the three shepherd children who were visionaries of Our Lady. During her life, she lived in the Carmel of Saint Teresa, in Coimbra. She wrote two volumes with her “Memoirs” and the “Appeals of the Message of Fátima”. Sister Lucia had a long life, passing away on February 13, 2005, at the age of 97. In 2008, Pope Benedict XVI authorized the beginning of the process of her beatification. Her body rests in the Basilica of Fátima since 2006.
