Virgin of the Pillar Magnet

Our Lady of Pilar, patron saint of Spain, is a name given to Mary after her appearance on a marble pillar to the Apostle James during the evangelization of those lands, around the year 40 AD. The Virgin asked her to build a church there. From that moment on, the people began to have great devotion to the Virgin.
