Father Francisco Rodrigues da Cruz, born on July 29, 1859, in Alcochete, also known as a saint, was a man linked to the Church, a sower of the ideals of Christ, who practiced good and served men with the love of God.
Father Cruz dedicated himself to preaching and helping the sick and most needy and quickly gained a reputation as a miracle worker.
